To open the Excel spreadsheet, you need to have Excel 2007 or later installed on your computer. If you have an earlier version of Excel, download and run Microsoft's Office Compatibility Pack, also for free. If you don't have Excel, you can download Microsoft's Excel Viewer for free, or use any other program capable of reading .xlsx files.
