Silk Trains of North America
Alan Vanterpool, long-time APRA member and author of many books on railway history, is in the process of finishing his latest work, "Silk Trains of North America", a fascinating history of the silk train era. Alan has graciously consented to make a copy of the latest draft of the book available to Alberta Railway Museum website visitors. The book needs a number of final touches, including the addition of some photographs, for which the usage rights are pending. Alan will provide updated versions of the book as these are added.
