It’s Canada’s 150th anniversary of Confederation, and what better way to celebrate than by touring this great country by train?
The Alberta Railway Museum is kicking off Canada Day with a special contest, thanks to our friends at Via Rail Canada. Starting July 1, museum visitors can enter for a chance to win a $750 Via Rail Promotional Travel Credit.
A number of other activities are in the works at the museum this summer to celebrate Canada’s special anniversary and its connection to the railways, including the actual locomotive used on the 1967 Confederation Train.
